The Process

Have you recently become engaged?

Currently planning your wedding, shower, birthday party or special event?

Have you spent countless hours looking online for that perfect invitation and just can't find the perfect one?

Even if you have, when you received it in the mail, was the quality not what you were expecting?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you've found yourself in the right hands!

Your first step is to contact Kathryn at Paper Tree and set up a consultation. This is a no obligation meeting to discuss your wants, needs and vision for your wedding theme and how the stationery can coordinate to set the perfect tone for your guests. 

The consultation lasts anywhere from 1-2 hours. We will talk about your timeline for stationery, budget as well as your event in depth in regards to colors, flowers, venue, time, how many guests, overall theme, etc. If you don't have all of these details set, no worry! We can make suggestions from our list of preferred vendors.

You will look through albums of samples, paper stocks and inspiration. Kathryn will guide you through the process, there are endless options! You are welcome to bring in your own inspiration and Kathryn can create a design from your sample with the ability to customize colors, fonts, and paper.

Kathryn will gather all the information she needs to create an estimate for you. If you decide to move forward a non-refundable deposit will be required.

Moving forward, you will work with Kathryn via digital proofs to get the stationery exactly to your liking. Once we receive final approval, payment is required in full to move forward with printing, at which time all sales are final. If any changes need to be made after final approval, the client is responsible for reprint fees. 

We ask for 4 weeks after final approval for production. If you are on a time crunch we expedite the process for nominal fee.
